Malta

Inhabited since 5900 BC, Malta is a small island country that packs a lot of history including three UNESCO World Heritage Sites Saflieni Hypogeum, Valletta and seven megalithic temples which are some of the oldest free-standing structures in the world. Malta is located in the center of the Mediterranean, 50 miles south of Sicily, giving it a year-round warmer climate.
